Laminates dental Veneers is a procedure which makes the appearance of the teeth more enhanced by working of teeth color, size & shape.

Veneers: are thin, shell like, and placed on the surface of the teeth to make its appearance look better.

When veneers are used?

It is usually used if a patient has crooked teeth or has gaps.

Composite Veneers: It s made up of composite resin material & is placed directly on the teeth surface. This treatment can be done on the same day as it is directly sculpted on your teeth. After polishing the process is complete. In this treatment, minimal pre-work is required on your natural teeth.

 Porcelain Veneers: In the process, it is required to remove the enamel (Hard white outer covering of a tooth) & reshaping of the tooth. It has high durability & is strong. This treatment can be done if the patient has Discoloration spacing issue. It is translucent & is resistant to stain. They give a natural look & last for 8 to 10 years.

 Laminates: They are same as veneers, but they are much thinner. In this process removing of enamel or reshaping of the teeth is not required. When laminates are used: It is used if a patient has discoloration or minor chip.

Care Instructions:

 Use a soft toothbrush.
  • Avoid hard food for a week.
  • Also, avoid too hot or too cold food/beverages.
  • It is advised to use whitening toothpaste so that it will clean the stains.
  • Maintain oral hygiene.
  • Avoid teeth grind, if a patient has a habit of the same while he is asleep, he can use a
  • mouth guard to protect Veneers/Laminates
